Steven is an executive leader and change agent with 25 years of experience building and transforming strategic and operational functions for multinational companies across a wide range of industries including Automotive, Consumer Products, Industrial Equipment, Financial Services, and Print and Communications. He has achieved step-function results through enterprise alignment, change management, resourceful execution, and a relentless focus on value creation.

He has held VP and Director-level roles in Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Program Management with large multinational organizations such as Ford Motor Company and AB Electrolux and middle market companies such as Columbus McKinnon, First Niagara, and Standard Register / Taylor Corporation.  In these roles, he led teams of 60+ and cross-functional transformation initiatives consisting of Organizational Design, Strategic Planning, Operating Model Development, Efficiency Improvement, M&A Integration, Business Process Optimization, and Technology Implementation.

Notable achievements include several ground-up build-outs of Supply Management organizations, successful negotiation of multi-million dollar contracts, implementation of highly impactful COGS reduction and supplier consolidation initiatives, the launch of new technology platforms and consolidation of redundant systems, end-to-end process modeling, and leadership of Operations post-merger integration.
