Mr. Keith is an executive leader and consultant with over 25 years of experience building and transforming strategic and operational functions across a range of industries including Construction & Home Remodeling, Print and Communications, Financial Services, Industrial Equipment, Consumer Products, and Automotive. He has held senior level roles in Operations and Supply Chain Management with large multinational companies such as Ford and Electrolux and industry-leading middle market companies such as Columbus McKinnon, First Niagara, and Taylor Corporation. He achieves step-function results through enterprise alignment, change management, resourceful execution, and a consistent focus on value creation.
Mr. Smith brings a broad legal background as corporate counsel and a practicing attorney heavily involved in M&A transactions. He began his career with a highly-rated Fort Lauderdale law firm where he worked for 10 years in government affairs for national clients, before embarking on an entrepreneurial path, where he filled a number of roles as owner, counsel, and chief administrative officer. He was then asked to be the general counsel and chief administrative officer of an environmental services company where he helped grow the company through numerous acquisitions. After that company was sold, he was asked to remain to work closely with the new owner’s team to grow the company until it was sold again to a larger, international company.
Mr. Hasan is a multi-disciplined leader with MS Finance, and over 18 years managing operations at Fortune 500 companies. He has served as the primary liaison between finance and technology teams. Driven financial technology implementation and data warehouse development, remediation, and merger integration. He has lead cross-functional teams and transformed financial infrastructures to meet stakeholder, audit, and regulatory requirements. He specializes in synthesizing complex fragmented data, designing powerful management reporting platforms, and creating cost-effective operational efficiencies.
