Ken has a multi-industry, 25+ year career and has held various executive positions within The Mead Corporation, a multi-billion dollar forest products manufacturer including division CFO, as well as VP of Corporate Re-engineering.  He managed the integration of a $750 million acquisition creating a national presence in the Paper, Packaging, and Industrial Distribution Industry.

As a President and Regional General Manager, he managed the development of consolidated sales support and administrative/operations management in support of a multi-location $300 million distribution network.  As a Vice President and CIO for a $7 billion national industrial distributor, he developed and implemented an IT recovery and consolidation strategy and reshaped the organization infrastructure optimizing the cost structure for maximum efficiency. He lead the integration and consolidation efforts of multiple acquisitions in the space.

He has been a principal in management consulting, leading efforts in defining strategic direction and organizational change initiatives across multiple companies. He has provided interim executive leadership as CEO, CFO, and CIO for organizations in manufacturing and distribution industries.  He served as CEO of Chally Group, where he facilitated the sale of this 41-year-old professional services company to Driehaus Private Equity.
