Lyle is a forward-thinking problem solver and operations executive with a long record of success leading lower middle market companies on the journey from ideation, 3-5 year strategic planning, tactical execution, and exit.  He is skilled at building, aligning & managing cross-functional teams with an intense focus on strategic goals and profits and the tactical elements to achieve those goals.

Lyle co-founded and was the COO of Digital Golf Technologies, a golf entertainment company capturing high definition golfer video and monetarily rewarding amateur golfers for hitting great shots.  While at Digital Golf, Lyle was instrumental in growing the Company from inception to over 300 recurring revenue golf course clients and in raising over $4M in debt and equity from institutional investors. Prior to Digital Golf, Lyle spent 5 years as an Operating Partner with 21Ventures, a clean energy-focused venture capital firm.   While there Lyle joined portfolio company Advanced Telemetry, an energy management system hardware and software provider as COO and Head of Sales. Lyle worked with the founder to reconfigure and recapitalize the company, resulting in a sale to Siemens Building Technologies.
