Gordon is a skilled financial services, telecommunications, and information technology senior leader with over twenty-five years of experience.  His background is in strategic planning, business development, re-engineering, sales support, information systems design, development, and implementation.  He is a confident and energetic leader with proven ability to direct diverse cross-functional teams in accomplishing significant business objectives.  Hands-on problem solver focusing on process improvement.  Critical business thinker able to analyze and resolve key strategic, operational and financial issues.  Exceptional organization, planning and project management skills.

While with Homebanc Mortgage Corporation, he designed, staffed, and established the Program Management Office for the Information Technology organization.  He later reported directly to the Chief People Officer; responsible for strategic planning and business planning for the human resources business unit which led to his to his position as SVP - Business Development Office where he reported directly to the Executive Vice President of Sales and Business Development; responsible for all sales forecasting, sales reporting, sales compensation program design and implementation for all sales management and loan officers.

Earlier in his career, Gordon held the position of Director - Strategic Management with Bellsouth Telecommunications, Inc.  where he planned, designed, developed and implemented the new BellSouth market-driven planning process.  He led the implementation of the corporate strategic management and resource targeting process within key business units.

Most recently he has been working with several non-profits, providing strategic planning, business process and financial planning consulting. He developed an information technology assessment and a specific set of technology recommendations for a non-profit organization that specializes in developing housing solutions for the poor.
