Larry specializes in family office consulting providing cost-effective attention, concierge services, and skilled industry expertise to family offices and high net worth individuals who require tailored support services.
He has worked with clients throughout the U.S., with a focus on providing clients a range of operational and administrative support, as well as special projects assistance and investment advisory recommendations. Small to midsize family offices and individuals who have been overlooked or underserved by large private banks, RIA’s and Trust Companies find the services offered by Larry ideal for their needs.
Prior to family office consulting, he specialized in operational management, financial advisory and problem-solving. He started his career in banking in New York City with a concentration in Commercial Credit/Factoring and Commercial Lending. From there, his career path evolved to Sales & Trading in the areas of Futures, Commodities, Foreign Exchange and Fixed Income Treasury Products with large money center banks like Chase Manhattan and security firms, such as Shearson Lehman.
Following his career in banking, he founded his own FINRA Member firm, Sinclair & Company, LLC, a Connecticut based broker-dealer. The firm specialized in the distribution of Regulation D Private Placement Securities and Insurance Products to an Institutional Client base, which included Pension Plans, Banks, Insurance Companies and Family Offices. During that same period, He was a Partner with RingsEnd Partners, LLC, a Corporate Advisory Firm that complimented his activities in Sinclair & Company, LLC.
