Bill is a seasoned executive with an extensive background in Supply Chain and Procurement leadership. He has negotiated for items and services ranging from rockets that launch satellites into orbit; to advertising services; to solar arrays the size of a football field to fly in outer space. He has reviewed candidates for acquisition or merger, conducted due diligence and made recommendations to senior leadership on strategic acquisitions. Additionally, he has set and implemented Operational goals and objectives, development of and execution of Strategic Plans.
A few of his past companies and positions include Vice President of Procurement Supply Chain Management at Kellogg , Brown and Root (KBR-Halliburton), Raytheon Strategic Systems and VSE Corp. He has also held the positions of Vice-President/General Manager of Logistics and Health Services at Information Manufacturing Corporation, and Vice-President of Procurement and Professional Services at IAP World Wide Services.
