Dan founded PMI Advisors in 2016 after recognizing a need for applying an organized project management approach to merger integration for mid-market companies.  Prior to PMIA, Dan was the Founder and CEO of V-Rooms® Virtual Data Rooms, a 10-year-old company that provided a secure document exchange platform for thousands of transactions in the M&A industry.  Prior to V-Rooms, for 15 years he was the Founder and CEO of Project Management Services, Inc., an Atlanta-based firm, that grew to a 150-person consulting firm, providing management professionals and systems to assist Fortune 100 companies.

Grant brings a broad legal background as corporate counsel and a practicing attorney heavily involved in M&A transactions.  He began his career with a highly-rated Fort Lauderdale law firm where he worked for 10 years in government affairs for national clients, before embarking on an entrepreneurial path, where he filled a number of roles as owner, counsel, and chief administrative officer. He was then asked to be the general counsel and chief administrative officer of an environmental services company where he helped grow the company through numerous acquisitions.  After that company was sold, he was asked to remain to work closely with the new owner’s team to grow the company, again through acquisitions, until it was sold to a larger, international company.

Jerry joined the PMI Advisors team from SFG Solutions where he led a strategic and operational consulting practice since 2008.  Prior to SFG, Jerry spent over 9 years in management consulting with the global consultancies PricewaterhouseCoopers, BearingPoint (formerly KPMG Consulting) and A.T. Kearney, where he led M&A, strategic and operational consulting engagements with clients located throughout North America, Europe, Australia and the Caribbean.  He has experience in M&A due diligence, post-merger integrations, business process innovation, and organizational redesign. He has also held senior financial and strategy positions with Whitney Information, Sprint Communications, and MCI Communications.

Len is a management consulting executive with experience in international finance, strategic alliance negotiations, venture capital, merger and acquisitions, post-merger integration, change management, foreign expansion, and debt financing. He has been involved in a number of transactions as a management consulting partner at Arthur D. Little (ADL)  in Europe, providing oversight and guidance for multiple post-merger integrations.  He then worked in Paris on the PMI process for ADL (a $500 million entity) into Altran Technologies (a €1 billion entity). He then worked with ADL as an M&A partner and in-house with Altran and the 170 companies that made up Altran to restructure, turnaround or sell the entities.

Joshua is a senior executive with 20+ years of experience and has completed multiple successful global acquisitions collectively valued at several hundred million dollars.  He built a process to prioritize companies to align with his firm’s strategic objectives, cultivated and analyzed acquisition targets, and successfully integrated acquired companies.  He developed the strategic vision to enter adjacent markets through M&A, initiated discussions, completed white papers, presented opportunities to CEO, and led due diligence teams and post-merger integration processes.

Jamil is a multi-disciplined leader with over 18 years managing operations at Fortune 500 companies. He has served as the primary liaison between front office, finance, and technology teams. He has built management reporting platforms for over $600 billion in assets as the result of merger integrations and created a data governance infrastructure as the result of a $100 billion carve-out. He has led cross-functional teams and transformed financial infrastructures to meet stakeholder, audit, and regulatory requirements associated with M&A transactions.

As an experienced business leader, Karen has helped companies to develop strategy and re-engineer processes to increase revenue, optimize client relationships, improve team performance and streamline procedures. Karen has served as senior level project manager for global projects and coached large and small teams through process improvement designed to enhance the work environment, increase revenue and improve the bottom line. She is an effective leader, project manager, troubleshooter, problem solver, and efficiency expert.
