Brad has served as both a President and Executive Vice President in the Investment Management Industry for the last 25 plus years. He has been proficient at growing assets under management from Start-Up ventures to over $55 billion and has helped firms grow by as much as 800%. Brad is adept at combining organizational restructures with technological innovations, as well as the creation of more retail-friendly operations to penetrate new markets in both the retail and institutional sectors. His relationships in the Retail and Institutional sector are deep and attribute to his high performing sales teams, and his ability to appeal to a diverse well informed and experienced investor seeking uncommon returns from unique opportunities.

Brad most recently served as the President of Highland Capital Fund Advisors. He was able to build a national distribution team from the ground up and hired over 30 wholesalers, which he was responsible for managing, motivating and training.  In his 6 years with HCFA he was able to grow the firm’s AUM by 800% to over $8 billion, calling on wirehouse and independent broker-dealers where he established sell agreements, selling the firms focus products including the Alternative Global Allocation Fund.

At Ivy Funds Distributors Brad spent nearly a decade building and rebranding the distribution efforts of the firm, including hiring over 100 professionals to carry out his restructuring vision.  With the buildout of research, analytics, corporate branding, social media and new operational workflows, Ivy was able to secure placement on major platforms including: Merrill Lynch, UBS, Wells Fargo, Morgan Stanley, Raymond James and LPL.  The efforts of his can be attributed to over $55 billion in new firm assets.
