Julie is PHR and SPHR designated which identifies depth and breadth of Human Resources knowledge on a national level, with her primary area of expertise being in maintaining compliance with state and federal complex employment regulations. Throughout her career, Julie has been acknowledged for her innovative approach to identifying creative solutions to HR issues that plague employers, especially those who conduct business in states that follow strict employment and labor regulations such as California. She has worked with clients in over 20 states.

For companies considering acquisitions, the first step in the due diligence process is to understand the areas where the human resources practices, policies, and procedures of the potential acquisition are at risk. Understanding the strengths and weaknesses of the target's human resource activities positions allows the acquirer to make more effective decisions. A confidential analysis of the target's human resources practices will be performed, followed-up with a comprehensive summary detailing areas and level of potential risk.  After the transaction is closed she partners with the organization to design procedures and programs that are custom tailored to meet the organization’s unique culture and strategic objectives.

In 2009, Julie was honored as one of the Top HR Professionals in the Santa Clarita and San Fernando Valley by the San Fernando Valley Business Journal – and the only human resources consultant who received an award – the other recipients were practitioners. She was also honored at the Women in Business Leadership Awards and the Business Rising Star Award for 2009 and 2010.
