Led multi-national organization through business and cultural transformation while supporting growth to $3B revenue and IT cost reduction to 1.4% of sales. Led IT program management of a global SAP implementation covering 250 sites and consolidating 20 legacy ERP systems. Built multiple IT Shared Services models through consolidation and integration of legacy acquisitions. Most recently developed strategies, tactics, organizational model and staffing, and a new financial model to yield a $3M reduction in IT Operating Expense in one year, while improving services, processes, relationships and delivery methodologies to improve Operating Profit performance.

Led multiple projects supporting business requirements at a multi-national, diversified commercial and military manufacturing company, maximizing stakeholder benefits, and optimizing value while minimizing disruption. These included multiple ERP system implementations and upgrades, an in-flight Salesforce redevelopment and redeployment, Web architecture and content upgrades, network supplier migration, and multiple acquisition integrations.  All projects improved governance, control, and workflow, reduced risk, enhanced capabilities, lowered operating cost, and contributed to bottom line growth.
